All stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee or $20.00 whichever is greater. No returns will be accepted after the 14 day delivery time limit.

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form must be obtained from us at sales@startersandcontactors.com and be included with the returned item. Each returned item must be unused and in its original manufacturers package suitable for resale.

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser and all returned items will be inspected and verified prior to credit being issued.

Special order items (items not offered on our website) are not available for return.
Items that have been installed, energized or tampered with and are not in factory new condition will not be authorized for return.

Items that have been approved for return but upon inspection are determined to have been used, installed or are not the original item that was sent will not be credited and the item can be returned at customers cost.

If you receive an incorrect item or receive an incorrect quantity, please let us know so we can send the correct part (at our expense) along with a return authorization to send back (at our expense) the item that was sent incorrectly.
